- Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation unless otherwise specified.
- Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs, exchange rates, taxes, or other operational factors.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received or an approved payment arrangement has been made.
- Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- All submitted information is accurate.
- Artwork files are complete and print-ready.
- Sizes, colours, quantities, spellings, and specifications have been carefully reviewed before approval.
VC Digital Press is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before production.
- Artwork Approval
Customers must carefully review artwork proofs before production.
Approval of a proof confirms acceptance of:
- Design layout
- Colours
- Text
- Images
- Dimensions
- Quantities
Once production has commenced following approval, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.
- Customer-Supplied Content
Customers retain ownership of their submitted artwork and intellectual property.
By submitting files, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the materials, or
- You have permission from the rightful owner to use them.
VC Digital Press shall not be liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringements arising from customer-supplied content.
- Production Time
Production timelines begin only after:
- Full payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
- Final artwork approval has been given.
- All required information has been provided.
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to equipment failure, supplier shortages, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Payment Terms
Payment may be made through approved methods including:
- Bank Transfer
- Debit/Credit Card
- Online Payment Platforms
- Other approved payment methods
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Production begins after payment confirmation.
- Outstanding balances must be settled before delivery or collection.
Late payments may attract additional administrative charges where permitted by law.
- Delivery and Collection
Customers may:
- Collect completed orders from our office, or
- Request delivery at an additional cost where applicable.
Delivery timelines depend on location and courier services.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.
Customers should inspect orders immediately upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.
- Returns and Refunds
Because many of our products are custom-made, printed, or personalized:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Refunds are generally not available for correctly produced custom products.
Refunds or reprints may be considered where:
- The wrong product was supplied.
- The product significantly differs from the approved proof.
- Production defects occurred due to our error.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, together with supporting photographs where appropriate.
- Colour Variation
Printed colours may vary slightly from:
- Computer screens
- Mobile devices
- Previous print runs
- Different printing materials
Minor colour variations are considered normal and do not constitute production defects.
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content including:
- Logos
- Graphics
- Images
- Text
- Website design
- Branding elements

Users agree not to:

VC Digital Press shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Fire
- Flood
- Civil unrest
- Government actions
- Power outages
- Internet disruptions
- Labour disputes
- Supplier failures
- Privacy
