Orders are processed during our normal business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Production Time
Most products are manufactured specifically for each customer. Production time therefore varies depending on the product, quantity, finishing requirements, and current production schedule.
Estimated production times are provided during quotation or order confirmation.
Production timelines begin only after:
- Full payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed);
- All required artwork and specifications have been submitted; and
- Final artwork approval has been received from the customer.
Any delay in providing required information or approving artwork may delay production and delivery.
- Delivery Methods
VC Digital Press offers one or more of the following delivery options:
- Local delivery
- Nationwide delivery within Nigeria
- Customer pickup (where available)
- International shipping (for selected products and destinations)
Available delivery options will be communicated during the ordering process.
- Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on:
- Customer location
- Courier schedules
- Production completion
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Road and transport conditions
- Customs clearance (for international shipments)
Estimated delivery dates are provided as guides only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer or collection by the customer or their authorized representative.
- Customer Pickup
Where customer pickup is selected:

- Valid identification may be requested upon collection.
- Orders should be collected within a reasonable period after notification.
- Split Deliveries
Where necessary, large or complex orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Customers will be informed if this applies to their order.
