- What happens if my artwork contains mistakes?
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving artwork proofs before production begins.
Once artwork has been approved, VC Digital Press cannot be held responsible for spelling, grammatical, layout, or other errors contained in the approved proof.
- Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. For most custom print jobs, a digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins.
Printing
- How long will my order take?
Production time depends on:

Estimated production times will be communicated during order confirmation.
- Can I request urgent or same-day printing?
Rush production may be available for selected products, subject to production capacity. Additional charges may apply.
- Why do printed colours sometimes look different from what I see on my screen?
Computer monitors, mobile devices, and printers display colours differently. Minor colour variations between digital displays and printed products are normal and are not considered printing defects.

Refunds & Returns
- Can I return customised printed products?
Because customised products are made specifically for each customer, they generally cannot be returned unless they are defective, incorrectly produced, or significantly different from the approved artwork.
- Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- How do I report a damaged order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:
