An order is considered confirmed only after:
- Payment has been successfully received or verified (where applicable);
- All required order information has been submitted; and
- VC Digital Press has accepted the order.
An order confirmation does not guarantee immediate production if additional information or artwork approval is still required.

All prices displayed by VC Digital Press are subject to change without prior notice.
The applicable price for an order will be the price confirmed at the time the order is accepted.
Prices may vary due to:
- Product specifications
- Material costs
- Quantity ordered
- Finishing options
- Delivery location
- Special customer requirements
- Taxes and Charges
Where applicable, taxes, statutory charges, and delivery fees may be added to the order total.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges relating to international orders unless otherwise agreed.
- Deposits
Certain projects require an advance deposit before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Deposits are applied toward the total project cost.
- Deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance may delay delivery or completion of the project.
- Outstanding Payments
Completed products or project deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
VC Digital Press reserves the right to suspend services, delay production, or cancel pending work where payments remain outstanding.
- Payment Verification
For security purposes, VC Digital Press may verify payments before processing an order.
Where payment verification is required, production and delivery timelines will begin only after successful verification.
- Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise unsuccessful:
- The order may be suspended or cancelled.
- Production may not begin.
- Delivery may be delayed until payment has been successfully completed.
Customers are responsible for resolving any payment issues with their financial institution or payment provider.
- Payment Security
VC Digital Press is committed to protecting customer payment information.
Payments processed through third-party payment providers are subject to the security standards and privacy policies of those providers.
VC Digital Press does not store customers’ complete payment card information on its servers unless expressly stated.
- Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with the VC Digital Press Refund & Return Policy.
Where applicable, refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

- Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact VC Digital Press to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.
Where a chargeback is initiated without reasonable grounds, VC Digital Press reserves the right to:
- Suspend ongoing services;
- Recover any outstanding amounts legally due; and
- Decline future orders from the customer where permitted by law.

- Fraudulent payment activity;
